Writing a book simply consists of blackening a certain number of pixels on a given sequence of white pages. Since only 5 to 10 percent of the pixels should be blackened on each page, this task is not so formidable, after all. But all the difficulty resides in deciding which pixels should be blackened.
If, in spite of all the undertaken efforts, some misplaced pixels (or any other errors) still remain in this book, they will be corrected in the future.
In the mean time, we provide in this page a list of corrections that have been accumulated since the publication of the book.
